24-hours notice is required on all cancellations. As a courtesy, and because emergencies are understood, in situations where less than 24-hours’ notice can be provided, you may re-book the appointment(s) to avoid assessment of a $35 cancellation fee. Kentucky Blue Equine Massage reserves the right to assess a cancellation fee in cases where multiple cancellations occur with less than 24-hours notice.
