Full Body Massage

For the Everyday Horse

The full body massage consists of everything on the body above the knees and hocks. From performance horses to pleasure and pasture pets, all breeds/disciplines can benefit from the relief of stress on certain points of their body. Massage therapy is also an added alternative pain management for underlying issues that cause pain but are not curable in the long run.

Pre & Post Event Services

For the Competition Horse

The Pre-Event massage is meant to be performed before a competition or before riding. It consists of a full body-lighter pressure massage to warm up all of the muscles and make sure there are no tension areas.

The Post-event massage is very similar to the pre-event and is performed after the horse has competed or been ridden. This massage is to make sure there is no excess build up of lactic acid in the muscles that can cause the horses to be sore and/or stiff

Stretching

For all horses

Stretching is a very crucial part of any horses life as their limbs are their only way of transportation. If they become too stiff and cannot work properly, the muscles become imbalanced and cause issues all over the body. By keeping their limbs stretched and relaxed it lets them live their best possible life. This can be added to any service upon request.

About Us

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Rachel moved to Kentucky to pursue a career in the equine industry. While getting her B.S. in Equine Science/Business Management, she also rode for the University of Kentucky Hunt Seat Equestrian team and interned at various barns in the Bluegrass area. After graduation in 2018, she has ventured on and worked for top associations like the United States Hunter Jumper Association and then on to a prominent Equine Insurance Broker that catered international clientele as well as in the states. Starting her own company has always been a dream and we are delighted to now offer Equine Massage Therapy for the Bluegrass and surrounding areas! Rachel is certified by Therasage Equine Massage Certification.

While we were so thankful to start our business in the heart of the Bluegrass, we are thankful to now be widening our services to include Equine and Farm Insurance in addition to broadening our areas to the Greater Dayton and Cincinnati Ohio areas such as the World Equestrian Center in Wilmington!
